Since I was unable to attend the orientation, I spent the following week watching the recorded session. I was very interested to "meet" all of the professors and coordinators, who explained the basics of the program. I also loved watching my fellow students introduce themselves as we will be part of the same cohort for the next two weeks. It was a lot of information to take in all at once, but I feel prepared and excited to begin the first class!
Weekly Study Time and Methods Commitment
One assignment we were required to turn in before the start of the program was a document detailing the specific times and hours that we would commit to working for this program. I like the way this program is structured such that the modules open Wednesday morning and the assignments are due Tuesday night. As reflected by the calendar below, I can spend short amounts of time at the end of the week beginning the readings, dedicate longer amounts of time over the weekend to begin assignments, and finish up in the beginning of the week. Additionally, my group schedule our weekly meetings for Thursday night.

Team Name and Collective Resume
Each group was tasked to come up with a group name and resume based on the group members' skills. Since both Bracha and I work in a school, and Jose works in the computer field, we created K12 Tech, a company that helps bring technology to the classroom. I enjoyed working with my group and think that we make a great team!
