This week we started writing the final capstone report. My part was to write the feasibility discussion which included the environmental scan, our application's benefit and users, legal and ethical considerations, and the long-term life of the project. I submitted the final draft of my resume and cover letter that I had worked on last week and reviewed the comments made by other students. We also read about how to improve our LinkedIn profiles and peer-reviewed other students' profiles and ILP sites.
As far as development for the BIRS project, first I fixed some errors and cleaned up the code from the student feature I worked on last week. Then I started working on the backend and frontend functionality of a user uploading a CSV file to update students in the database. Lastly, I implemented the front end for viewing reports as shown below.
